Casting & Die Casting Release
Suitable for the release of die-cast parts made of metals such as aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The workpiece surface has high gloss, and the product is economical to use, with a water dilution ratio up to 1:80-200. To avoid issues in subsequent customer processing such as spraying or plating, Great Lakes Orenco has developed silicon-free release agents to meet customer needs. Forging release agents can be divided into graphite-containing and non-graphite products for customer selection.
